Can you exercise while having your period? Do you have to wear a tampon? - tampon and exercise and best

I still do cheerleading when I have my period? Can I get a towel? or do I have to use a tampon?

Of course, you can spend your time. Cramps Excerise may even fall, you do not let that stop them. Use what you feel comfortable, as the weight that your speed. The use of a buffer is probably a good idea if your flow is heavy and should be much around. Do not be afraid to use a tampon. Talk to your doctor or a woman with more experience, if you have any questions or concerns.

Do not waste your time what you want
Cheerleading is a lot of breaks and then use a swab or panty liner or cushion in the event

You can do whatever as long as you feel (no cramps or nothing), want to meet. And yes, a tampon is probably the right way.

If the flow is easy with just a stamp and perhaps avoid a panty liner for extra protection. If the flow is slightly heavier than a tampon + pad would be the right way. Do not be holding period return.

Well, I would say that I have a stamp! u dont have 2 but if a you dont u want your notice then try tampons! believe me once U will never try 2 wheels ... can not deal with Tampax Pearl U are great and also feel you are right when u put it! : 0 and yes u can do everything activitées in his term! But tampons are best for cheerleading .. I am a tennis player and I cut a pad to their plesent no game! Buffer to give it a try!
